Rank Lists

Congratulations! You have now officially completed your interviews with our program. Please review the following guidance for your rank list.

1) Clinic Confirmation Survey

We use your responses on the clinic confirmation survey to make our six rank lists, instead of your answers on your ERAS application. To create our rank lists, we require that you submit your final clinic choices by January 20. For this earlier deadline, please include every site that you are possibly interested in. If you later choose not to pursue any particular sites (say, for example, you attend Visit Seattle Day and change your mind), you simply just don’t add them to your final rank list on NRMP’s website, which is due February 28.

You are welcome to submit different sets of clinic choices multiple times throughout recruitment season. By default, we will use your most recent set of responses when we make our rank lists. If you ever need to clarify your submission, you can message our program coordinator.

2) Rank Lists

Each of our six clinic sites creates its own rank list. We will add you to our rank lists based on your responses to the clinic confirmation survey.

Conversely, on your rank list, you must list each of our sites separately. They each have their own unique NRMP numbers. Not all applicants apply to every site, but you are more than welcome to!

A few more things to keep in mind when submitting your rank lists in February:

• *If you did not complete the Spanish assessment during your interview day to be considered at Sea Mar, please send a follow-up email to our program coordinator to have this scheduled.

• If you interviewed before you had your passing scores for Step 2 CK or COMLEX 2 CE, please make sure you have them sent to our program coordinator.

  • Note: We require passing scores for Step 2 CK or COMLEX 2 CE by the 2nd week of February to be ranked at our program.
